If you provide a mobile number and opt in to receive SMS from us or from a business using our platform, message frequency varies by service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to use our other services.

5. How we share information

We share personal information only as needed to run the service:

Service providers — hosting, telephony and messaging carriers, email delivery, payment processing, and analytics, each bound to use the data only to provide their service to us.
Our customers — where we answer a call or message on a business's behalf, the resulting contact details and message are provided to that business.
Legal — where required by law, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not rent or trade contact lists.

6. Retention

We keep personal information for as long as an account is active and for as long afterwards as is needed to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You may request deletion at any time using the contact details above.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

Access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
Opt out of marketing email via the unsubscribe link, or SMS by replying STOP.
Ask us to restrict or object to certain processing.
